Happy International Women's Day!

Happy International Women's Day! This year, the theme is "Accelerate Action."

As a woman running my own business, I know how important it is to support each other. Whether it's cheering on a friend's new venture, offering a listening ear, or just celebrating each other's successes, those little actions add up.

It doesn't have to be huge gestures- It's about calling out those little biases, challenging stereotypes, and celebrating the amazing women around us.

This year, International Women's Day is about pushing to "Support the Supporters." So many amazing organisations are doing incredible work, from local women's shelters to groups supporting girls in STEM, or even charities helping women start their businesses.

My plan this year?

I want to create a space where everyone feels empowered. When you sit in my chair, I want you to feel confident, strong, and ready to take on the world. Because, honestly, you deserve it!

So, today, let's all think about how we can "Accelerate Action." Let's lift each other, support those doing the hard work, and make a real difference.

And to all my amazing clients, thank you for being a part of this community. You inspire me every day.

Here's to a future where we don't have to wait until 2158 for equality.
